Abstraction – Collage — Mixed Media/Acrylics are the basis for most of my recent studies. A flash of color, modern design and unique compositions on canvas or wood panels are what the observer will see in my newest works.

Marjorie (Jorie) Anderson of Jorie Designs works full-time out of her Framingham, MA. Studio. Her pieces are on display in and around Metrowest. Please refer to Events/Exhibits section of this website for most recent locations.

Bio: Jorie Anderson attended Framingham Public Schools as well as Northeastern University and Framingham State University. Since childhood, Jorie enjoyed private art classes as well as public school classes in the Arts since her elementary years. Currently studying at the Danforth Museum and collaborating with other artists at Fountain Street Studios including Becky Kisabeth Gibbs and Damianos Photography, Jorie is actively involved in producing additional artworks. Most recently she is also promoting her works throughout Metrowest Galleries, shows and within her own Studio. Supported by her husband, Steve, daughter, Samantha and Son, Ian, Jorie enjoys being an active member of a very creative household.
